A: Yes, of course! Any A4size samples or color charts are provided for free(except for the new cutting mould new logo mould) ! You only need to pay for the shipping cost by international express like: DHL, TNT, UPS and FedEx.
Q2: Can I place orders directly?
A:You can place an order directly, but you need to consult with customer service for more details, such as shipping and product problems
Q3: How can I get the price of the fabric what I want ?
A: 1.Please provide the exactly composition ,construction,density,width,weight also more requirements as the fabric you want to us . According to your requirements , we can give you a similar sample and price .
2. You can send us a sample , according to your sample,we will give you a exact price .
3. If you don't know any details of the fabric ,you can show pictures of the fabric and tell us the usage, according to our experience, we can give you a estimated price. But the exact price will be quoted after we check the original sample.
Q4:Do you accept small quantity order ?
A: Yes ,as we have so many in stock items, small order is welcomed . We are willing to grow up with you together .
Q4: What kind of transport service you provide?
A: FOB and CIF is the usual way . Besides, others are also available.
Q5: How about the quality guarantee?
A: Of course we will check out the quality before shipment. And If you have Chinese agency , the best way is to do the inspection before shipment . If it is difficult for you , please check them at once when you receive the cargo.
Q6: What about the lead time ?
A: The lead time is various depend on the fabric and your quantity. As we have so many products in stock, if you want the stock items, we can give you the shipment in 72hours once we receive your payment. For custom-make order, it depend to the quantity and the factory scheduled, If you need the fabric urgently, we will try our best to finish it in time .

PayPal, Escrow, West Union and other payment as request. T/T(30%deposit, 70% before shipment)
Q8 As for the color of the pictures on the website ?
A: All the product images are in-kind shooting and adjusted by professional on real products. We have done our best to make pictures as close as possible to real fabrics. But, color deviation may exist due to different PC screens . Please kindly note all color displayed are subjected to real products' colors.
